We pull the elevation certificate first and build to what your jurisdiction actually requires — not to an assumption.

Inside the city limits, Slidell permits and inspects; outside them, St. Tammany Parish does. Different submittal, different plan review, different inspectors. We build that calendar into the schedule before the contract is signed.
